It's all come together and I will be leaving for Cabo this morning. Coming with me is Jackie Lemaistre, a tall ship sailor from Victoria, Canada. She will be sailing with me all the to Texas, unless she realizes her error in agreeing to be in close proximity with Nick Halkowski for 4 months.
I can't thank people enough for helping to make this happen. Many people helped in various different ways to get Sundowner prepared for this trip, and every contribution was critical. Thanks to all who helped, hopefully this blog provides a small reward for your work.
Next stop from San Pedro is Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It is 884 nautical miles by our route and should take a week to a week and a half. I'll be checking in with Yellowbrick periodically, so please check back here to see our progress.
